All Your Fire Protection
Handled in One Visit

Most South Florida properties need multiple fire protection services on overlapping schedules. We coordinate them together so you deal with one contractor, one visit, and one set of documentation. Licensed. Documented. Done right.

Why Combine Services

Most Properties Need More Than One Inspection. We Handle Them Together.

A restaurant with a fire sprinkler system needs a sprinkler inspection, a kitchen hood suppression inspection, and a backflow test. A commercial building needs sprinkler inspections plus a backflow test. A charter vessel needs its engine room system serviced and its galley suppression inspected. Each of these is a separate legal requirement with its own schedule and its own paperwork.

Most property owners manage these requirements reactively, scheduling each one separately as notices arrive from their water utility, fire marshal, or insurer. That means multiple vendor relationships, multiple site visits with the disruption that comes with each one, and compliance gaps that open up when one deadline slips through.

We service all of these systems under a single license. When you reach out and tell us about your property, we review everything you need, align the schedules where possible, and handle the documentation for all of it. One call, one contractor, one file for your records. Tell us about your property and we will build out the right service plan.

The Practical Advantage

Why Property Owners and Operators Coordinate Their Fire Protection Services

There is no regulatory requirement to bundle services together. You are free to manage each inspection separately with separate contractors on separate schedules. Most experienced property managers stop doing that once they see what the alternative looks like.

Fewer Site Visits
Every visit means coordinating access, clearing the affected area, and following up on documentation. Doing two or three services in one visit cuts that overhead in half or more.
One Set of Records
All your inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation come from one contractor. One file. When the fire marshal or your insurer asks, you have everything in one place.
One Contractor Relationship
You call one number. One team knows your property, your system history, and your schedule. No re-explaining your building to a new vendor every time a service comes due.
No Gaps in Compliance
When one contractor tracks all your service schedules, nothing slips. You stop managing compliance reactively after notices arrive and start managing it proactively before deadlines hit.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

In many cases, yes. The fire sprinkler inspection and backflow test can typically be performed in a single visit for a standard commercial property. For restaurants, we can often coordinate the kitchen hood inspection and the sprinkler inspection on the same day. The five-year internal inspection requires additional prep and equipment, so it is typically scheduled as a dedicated visit. We'll tell you upfront what can be combined and what needs its own appointment based on your specific property.

No. Which services apply depends on your property type, the systems installed, and your local authority having jurisdiction. Most commercial properties with a fire sprinkler system need at least the annual sprinkler inspection and a backflow test. Restaurants and food service operations add the kitchen hood requirement. Properties hitting their five-year mark add the internal inspection. We can review your property and tell you exactly which services apply and at what frequency.

Yes. We are happy to take on any individual service regardless of who handles your other inspections. Many clients start with us for one service and consolidate over time as they see how the process works. There is no obligation to use us for everything, and we will never pressure you to switch services you are already managing well.

The easiest way is to call us and walk through your property. Tell us the building type, what systems are installed, and when you last had each one serviced. If you have previous inspection reports, we can review them and identify any gaps. If you don't have records, we can inspect the systems and assess their current status. Most overdue inspections are straightforward to catch up on and we can get everything back into compliance quickly.

Yes. We serve Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe County for all services we offer. This includes the fire sprinkler inspections, backflow testing, kitchen hood suppression inspections, NFPA 25 five-year internal inspections, and marine vessel suppression system service. If your property is across multiple locations in different counties, we can cover all of them under one service relationship.
